Kswallet Terms Of Use
This agreement is between you and the service operator, Kswallet. By using any services made available through the Kswallet website (https://www.kswallet.com) you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy. As this is a legally binding contract, please carefully read through this agreement and related notices before using any of our Services. By registering, accessing or using Kswallet, you have agreed to the terms and conditions as laid out in this User Agreement.
Kswallet shall assume no responsibility, whatsoever, for any problems or damages caused to members or third parties as a result of the stoppage of website services, maintenance, server faults, features deleted or modified, any coin’s blockchain faults, any technical issues on wallets, etc.
Agreement Conditions
Kswallet reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of the agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. Kswallet will provide notice of these changes by updating the revised Terms of Use on the webpage and changing the “[Last Update: ]” date on this page. Any and all modifications or changes to the Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon being announced on the website or released to users. As such, your continued use of Kswallet services acts as acceptance of the amended agreement and rules.
Service fees
Kswallet reserves the rights to levy service fees on users who use its services. It is in the discretion of Kswallet to adjust the service fees charged to users using its services.
Prohibited Actions
*If a user is found to be guilty of suspicious/malicious activity (unauthorised access, exploiting bugs or weaknesses, degrading service performance, etc.) we reserve the right to ban (block) access to the user.
*If a user is found to be using "bots", DDOS attacks or any other attempt to circumvent protections we have in place the above also applies.
*If a user try to abuse any of our services we have the right to block,suspend or delete the user.
*If a user try to use VPN,TOR,PROXY while using our services we have the right to block,suspend or delete the user.
*You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the deleting(blocking) of all of them.
Kswallet Rights
*If Kswallet team suspects in the user Kswallet have the right to block,suspend or delete the user.
*In the event of loss of funds or damage to your account in relation to a client-side security breach (password breach, API key stolen, etc.), we are not held accountable.
*Kswallet reserve the right to change or remove any website feature at any point, without giving prior notice or compensation.
*Kswallet have the right to suspend API service for any website that uses our API.
*Kswallet have the right to change fee percentages of our services whenever Kswallet wants.
*In any case if your funds are lost Kswallet is not held accountable , and Kswallet can refund you only if Kswallet wants.
Account block, account deletion and account suspend
Kswallet may suspend, block or delete your account (or any part thereof) if Kswallet determines that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage Kswallet reputation and goodwill. Kswallet may block your email address and/or Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.
Accounts can be deleted upon request, however various data is kept.

*Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kswallet.
*Kswallet has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services.
